Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has completed an installation of fire protection systems at Salford’s MediaCityUK development.
MediaCityUK is a 200-acre mixed-use property development on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in Salford and Trafford, Greater Manchester. The scheme’s principal tenants are media organisations including the BBC and ITV Granada, and the University of Salford.
Engineers from PTSG’s specialist Fire Solutions division attended X1 Media City, a residential development consisting of four luxury towers, to install residential sprinkler systems to 275 apartments. The team also installed new wet riser systems which supply the complex with water in the event of a fire.
