Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has secured a contract to install a lightning protection system to the new Fleming Park Leisure Centre in Eastleigh.
PTSG’s Electrical Services division will deploy a team of specialist engineers to install a bespoke lightning protection system to the new leisure centre, designed and installed in accordance with the current BS EN 62305 standard to protect and maintain the structure, as well as protecting the visitors and equipment inside from lightning strikes and power surges.
The new Fleming Park Leisure Centre is a £25 million state-of-the-art structure, which has been developed by Eastleigh Borough Council with the aim of promoting health in the borough. The new building features a sports hall with fifteen badminton courts, a gym, an eight-lane 25-metre swimming pool, a learner pool and a changing village.
