Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist fire solutions at the new Trinity Riverview development in Manchester.
Designed by architects Denton Corker Marshall, this 35-storey residential tower is located on the doorstep of the city’s central business district. It consists of 318 apartments with communal spaces. The first three floors are set back from the street to draw views through to the river allowing the opportunity to incorporate four triple-height, freestanding columns to dramatically signal the main entrance to the scheme.
Engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd are contracted to deliver both residential sprinklers and wet riser systems to ensure the new building is fire safe. PTSG routinely provides more than one type of specialist service from a single division, such as sprinkler systems and wet (or dry) riser systems. Increasingly, the Group also delivers one complete specialist services solution for customers, encompassing services or products from two or more of its business divisions. This kind of ‘bundled services solution’ streamlines the whole process, saving time and money.
