Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to undertake specialist electrical services at Manchester Airport – the UK’s busiest airport outside of London.
Early in 2020, Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd carried out testing and repair works at the airport; its team also visited the airport in June 2019 to test the lightning protection systems at four buildings within the airport complex and also inspecting cradles and dry riser systems.
For this contract, the test and inspection work of PTSG’s electrical engineers are undertaken as part of statutory tests required on all lightning protection systems; they will determine if the system is fully safe and operational or whether any remedial works are required.
